Mike is a technology executive with over 20 years of business development and product marketing expertise in semiconductors and consumer electronics markets managing the relationships and programs for the largest companies in the industry. He has helped launch some of the firsts in the market, such as the first PC/ TV combo product with Compaq Computer, first software DVD player on a PC with Dell Computer, first HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc player with LG Electronics and the first Google TV device with Sony Electronics.
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mike is responsible for Solekai’s sales strategy, overall marketing direction and driving customer acquisition as the company looks to sustain its continued growth. Prior to joining Solekai, Mike has held numerous top-level management positions in business development, marketing, and program management for leading semiconductor and independent software companies including Tseng Labs, Ravisent Technologies, STMicroelectronics, Digital 5 and Videon Central. Also, he has represented organizations at industry working groups such as Blu-ray Disc Association, GENIVI and DLNA, and recently served as Chairman for the DLNA Automotive Task Force.
Mike received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife Diane, two teenage boys and two dogs. When not traveling for business, Mike is a proud dad that enjoys spending time with his active family.
